improvements:
DUO-PAWL double ratchet pawl mechanism with 3-point-spring suspension for extreme torque and smooth operation with symmetrical blocking system. The closed head design keeps dirt off the mechanism and the 3 mini-grease nipples offer easy and fast maintenance from outside. The forged head and its construction ensure optimum stability and small dimensions for working with high power even in confined areas. The cold and vibration insulated handle is equipped with a swiveling exhaust ring avoiding any disturbance from the exhausted air flow.

Due to the shape and quality, the forged head withstands even high forces caused by breaking loose / tightening larger bolts and nuts.
– DUO-PAWL double pawl system the double and symmetrical ratchet mechanism ensures more precision and stability to pawls and yoke enhancing the lifetime of the ratchet excenter shaft with multiple bearings three mini-grease nipples for practical greasing from outside simple and directly where grease is important please use our grease pump model 8160
– 90% faster than ordinary ratchets with speed regulator on the handle. Fastening / loosening threaded connections in a fraction of the time used normally.
– Comfortable : moulded composite handle for best grip and protection against cold and vibration. sturdy but light motor housing made of special aluminium alloy good for working in any position, the rotating ring directs exhaust where it is least disturbing flat trigger button for easy to control start and practical for working in limited space
